Frontenac Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for parking and traffic improvements on Visitation Academy’s 30 acre property. The project includes a 200-vehicle parking lot, a 50 vehicle parking lot and a new loop drive to circulate traffic around the site. The improvements utilized porous asphalt and bio retention to meet MSD standards for water quality. Two underground detention facilities were designed to mitigate the proposed improvements. Frontenac Engineering coordinated approvals from MoDOT, MSD and the city of Town & Country.
