Frontenac Engineering was the civil engineer of record for design and development of the new 175,000 s.f. hospital site on 50 acres. The new building replaces the existing in-town hospital facility.   The project included a medical office building and all related site improvements including traffic flow and parking, utility and sewer services, stormwater detention, and heliport and all municipal and utility coordination.
