Dave Welton

Dave began in 2004 as a project manager and civil engineer on projects ranging from site investigations to feasibility studies to new site developments. Mr. Welton has experience with local, regional, and national design standards. His project experience has included work with private developers, municipalities, water and sewer districts, schools, institutions, and state agencies.
