Frontenac Engineering was the civil engineer working closely with the prime consultant on the Lemay Streetscape Project for the Saint Louis County Economic Council. Frontenac Engineering and the Architect were contracted with helping the City of Lemay create an identity for the commercial corridor along Lemay Ferry Road in Lemay, MO. The site was surveyed and potential locations for improvement were identified. Criteria included areas susceptible to flooding, on-street parking, and opportunities for features such as rain gardens and pocket parks.

Frontenac Engineering provided conceptual design schematic design, design development, in addition to providing construction documents, bidding, and construction phase services.
